Beautiful three-bed, two-bath home in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. Located in a safe neighborhood, with 24/7 security and controlled access, just two seconds from the #52 Expressway and within striking distance to malls, restaurants, movie theater, bank, gas stations, Starbucks, and more.

The house has a private pool in the backyard, and is comfortable for six guests, with office space available in master bedroom, wifi included. Guests can access the full house with a backyard, private pool, laundry, balcony, and front lawn. There is washer and dryer on site. Guests can also visit the pool, basketball court, and kids’ playground located inside the housing complex. The house is located by the #52 expressway, so it is accesible to everything, 10 minutes from Ponce, 50 minutes to San Juan. Movie theater, fast foods, restaurants, Starbucks and other coffee shops, banks, and gas stations are conveniently located in the vicinity. On the island we always recommend guests have a car to get around. The house is not suitable for parties, and because it is in a residential complex with other neighbors, music should be kept at a minimum. The use of the pool is limited to 10pm weeknights and 11pm on the weekends. Use of the house and pool is only limited to the guests of the house, and outside visitors are not permitted.
